Very lively nose with intense fruitiness, splendid in its aromatic expression with outstanding vegetal notes reminiscent of green tomatoes, banana and fresh herbs with a subtle nutty end.Sweet entry on the palate, silky and delicate pass, always fresh, barely bitter and slightly spicy. We found green bananas, artichokes, apples and other ripe fruit. This is a complex oil noted for its harmony and balance with a long and very nice aftertaste
